Information We Collect

Roofing Folsom works with homeowners in Folsom and the surrounding Atlantic County towns. Almost everything we hold arrives by telephone, because the telephone is the only way to reach us. When you call to book a survey or report a problem, we note your name, the number you are calling from, the address of the property and what you have described.

Where a survey takes place we also create a record of the building itself: measurements, the condition of the covering and decking, what the ventilation is doing, photographs where they are useful, and the line-item estimate that follows. Where work is completed and a manufacturer's warranty is registered, the registration carries the property address.

This website has no contact form, no newsletter, no booking widget and no account to create. Nothing on it asks you to type personal information into a page.

How We Use Your Information

We use what you tell us to carry out the thing you called about: arranging the survey, reaching the property, preparing and sending the written estimate, ordering materials, pulling a permit where one is required, scheduling the crew, and registering the manufacturer's warranty when the work is finished.

Where work goes ahead we keep the record so questions about it can be answered later, including by the manufacturer if a warranty claim is ever made. We do not use your details to advertise unrelated services and we do not sell them.

Cookies and Tracking

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, carries no advertising trackers and builds no profile of what you read here.

The company hosting it records ordinary server information when a page is requested — an IP address, the page asked for, the time and the browser's own description of itself. That is standard for any website and exists to keep it working and secure.

How We Share Information

We pass on only what a job needs. A materials supplier may receive quantities and a delivery address. Where a permit is required, the relevant municipal office in Folsom or the town concerned receives what the application asks for. Where a manufacturer's warranty is registered, the manufacturer receives the property address and the details of the work.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to bring or defend a legal claim. We do not sell, rent or trade what we hold.

You may also decline to give us information at all, though a roof cannot be surveyed without an address to go to, and a warranty cannot be registered without one.

Pages on this site sometimes link outward — to a manufacturer's own documentation, a trade body, or public guidance. Those sites run their own privacy practices and we have no control over them. This policy covers what happens here and in our own records.

Children's Privacy

Our services are offered to property owners and other adults responsible for a building. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, call us and we will remove it.

Changes to This Policy

If the way we handle information changes, this page changes with it and the date above is updated. Continuing to use the site or to call us after a change means the revised policy applies.
