The slopes
Walked rather than viewed. Seal strips, tab condition, granule cover, nail pops, earlier repairs and any sign of a layover beneath.

Free, about an hour, and it ends with a written account of what is up there rather than a verdict delivered from the driveway.
Book the hour — (609) 301-2872The inspection is the product here rather than a way in the door. It is free because a well-documented roof makes every later conversation honest, and because a fair share of them end with us saying to call back in a few years.
Walked rather than viewed. Seal strips, tab condition, granule cover, nail pops, earlier repairs and any sign of a layover beneath.
Valleys, step flashing at walls and chimneys, counter-flashing, pipe boots and any skylight kerb. This is where leaks start.
Drip edge, starter course, fascia and the gutter line, including whether water is leaving the roof where it should.
Daylight through the deck, dark tracking on the boards, wet or compressed insulation, and whether intake and exhaust are actually balanced.
Because ventilation decides how long a covering lasts and is a condition of the longer manufacturer warranties. A roof that looks fine from above and is cooking from below will fail early, and nobody standing on the driveway will ever see it.
A full tear-off and a complete manufacturer system, fitted to the written instructions and registered afterwards.
