The terms that apply to this website and to the roofing work we are asked to carry out.

Roofing Folsom carries out residential roofing work in Folsom and the surrounding Atlantic County towns: roof replacement, roof repair, roof leak repair, storm and hail damage roof repair, roof inspections, siding, and gutters and downspouts.
Work outside that list is not something we take on. Where a job described to us falls outside it, we say so on the phone rather than accept it and learn on your property.
Use of the Website
This site exists to describe what we do and to put you in touch by telephone. You may read it, print it and pass it on. You may not copy its text or photographs onto another site, scrape it, or interfere with how it runs.
We try to keep it accurate, but roofing work is specific to a building. Nothing here is advice about your own roof, and no page on this site is a quotation.
Appointments and Estimates
A survey is arranged by telephone and carried out at the property. An estimate is a written, line-item document prepared afterwards, naming the products to be used, and based on what could be seen and reached on the day.
Conditions beneath the roof covering — decking, underlayment or structure — can only be judged once the covering is lifted. Where that changes the work, we photograph it and agree the change with you at the rate stated in the original estimate before carrying on.
Statements on this site about manufacturers' warranties describe those manufacturers' own programmes. The terms, duration, conditions and transferability of any such warranty are set by the manufacturer and are contained in the registration documents issued when the work is complete. Our own obligations for the work are those set out in the written agreement for that work.
Intellectual Property
The text, photographs, layout and design of this website belong to Roofing Folsom unless stated otherwise. Photographs and measurements taken at your property are shared with you for your own use; we may also keep them as a record of the work and in support of a warranty registration.
Disclaimers
The website is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of error.
A roof inspection reports what was visible and reachable on the day. It is not an assurance about how a roof will behave in future, and it says nothing about parts of a building that were not inspected.
Limitation of Liability
So far as the law allows, Roofing Folsom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability for work we carry out is governed by the written agreement covering that work.
